CULTIVO MASIVO DE ROTIFEROS Y CLADOCEROS PARA LA CRIANZA DE LARVAS DE PECES DEL GENERO COLOSSOMA EN ESTANQUES DE CEMENTO

La presente investigación se realizó en el período del 2 al 22 de abril de 1987, teniendo como objetivo la producción masiva de rotíferos y cladóceros. Fueron utilizados 5 estanques de cemento (A66, A67, A68, A69 y A70), de 15 m2 , con tres tratamientos: T1 = 1 kg (gallinaza) / m 2 + 30 g (superfosfato) /m 2 T2 = 1 kg (pasto seco) / m 2 + 30 g (superfosfato) / m 2+ 0.5 kg (gallinaza) / m2 T3 = 1 kg (pasto verde) / m 2+ 30 g (superfosfato> / m 2 + 0.5 kg (gallinaza) / m2 El análisis cualitativo reveló la presencia de protozoa: paramecium, vorticella, volvox, pandorina y euglena; rotíferos: phylodina, asplachna y brachionus; cladóceros: daphnia. De acuerdo al análisis cuantitativo, el tratamiento T1 fue el más eficaz en relación a los tratamientos 13 y T2, con una producción máxima de brachionus de 56 x 10-3 ml /1.Downloads
