El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo analizar la evolución reciente de las estadísticas de producción de semilla y carne de paiche (Arapaima gigas) en la región Loreto y Ucayali; tomando como base, la información estadística de las Direcciones Regionales de la Producción (DIREPRO) de ambas regiones. Adicionalmente, se presentan datos de comercialización y exportación de productos derivados del paiche del Ministerio de la Producción.Downloads
