EVALUACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD ALELOPÁTICA DE CINCO ESPECIES VEGETALES AMAZÓNICAS

El presente estudio detalla la evaluación de la actividad alelopática de los extractos etanólicos y metanólicos de las hojas de cinco plantas amazónicas: Miconia cazaletti, Iryanthera paraensis, Chrysochlamys membranacea, Vitex triflora, y Theobroma obovatum, a través de la medida del efecto de estimulación o inhibición sobre el crecimiento de los hipocótilos y radículas de semillas de Lactuca sativa. En casi todas las plantas estudiadas se detectaron efectos inhibitorios y superiores al 50% en las radículas. Chrysochlamys membranacea presentó la mejor actividad cuando se emplearon extractos metanólicos y etanólicos.Downloads
